Within the United Kingdom education UK is wide ranging and diverse for age groups, subjects, providers and curriculum studied from the public and private education learning sector. Education UK for children from the age of 5 to 16 years old is compulsory where attendance at school is for 5 days a week. England & Wales have their own curriculum and education and Scotland have a separate education system, although very similar.

Children can attend a nursery school or known as preschool from 3-5 years old before compulsory education UK. Emphasise on education learning is toward developing speech, reading, activates with others and social skills. Private fee paying and state funded nursery school are available in the UK.
Vast majority of children start their real UK education at the primary school stage, with a grounding in literacy, numeracy, building on reading, social and moral skills.
